RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and 'As new’ in appearance. It must be in the same condition that you received it with no signs of wear, use, installation or damage. The item must be in the original packaging, that is in perfect condition (including all tags still attached). To facilitate the return of the product, you must notify us within 7 days from the delivery day of the product. If your refund has been approved we will get in touch with you with shipping instructions.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return has been approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. Do not ship the returned items back to us prior to receiving a confirmation that the return has been accepted. Returns that have not been accepted will be shipped back to the sender.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@fly2base.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fly2base.com and we will arrange to exchange it.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product please email us at info@fly2base.com and we will provide you with the details for the shipping arrangement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service with a signature on delivery or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping with tracking and signature will allow us to track the item and monitor the successful delivery of your item to us.

Demo Equipment
We can arrange for some equipment to be tested prior to the purchase. Contact us directly if you would like to test the equipment that you are considering purchasing prior to the purchase.  Demo equipment will be paid in full prior to shipping it to your postal address. Unless specified otherwise the demo equipment is to be shipped back to us no later than 14 days from the date it was received. If the equipment has been stained or damaged you have to keep the item, you wil not be able to return the item. If you have not shipped the demo equipment back within 14 days of receiving it, it wil be assumed that you have decided to keep the tested equipment and returns after this time period wil not be accepted.
