We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days of your order being placed in Australia wide however deliveries to WA, far north QLD, NT and remote country areas may take up to 8-10 business days for standard deliveries.
Worldwide deliveries are usually delivered between 2-4 weeks based on the country and type of shipment. We have no control over couriers' delivery times, we are fully committed to getting orders to you as soon as possible.

Fly2Base Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any consequential or indirect loss or damage arising from any failure related to Australia Post services. Fly2Base Pty Ltd uses the Australia Post as a courier for our shipment. Australia Post will exercise due care and skill in supplying you with their services. However, the nature of postal services is such that circumstances may impact the successful delivery of your article. If your item is valued at over $100, you should purchase Extra Cover which provides compensation for loss or damage for up to $5,000 (or $500 for some services). Most Australia Post services come with up to $100 compensation for loss or damage. Should your item be lost or damaged, and you haven’t purchased Extra Cover, you may be entitled to compensation of up to $100 and a refund of postage (proof of value may be required). This applies to most items you send with Australia Post. Claims for compensation are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the Australia Post Terms and Conditions, the Australian Postal Corporation Act 1989, and the Australian Consumer Law, Australia Post does not accept liability for any consequential or indirect loss or damage arising due to any failure related to Australia Post services. Neither the compensation included with the Australia Post service nor the purchase of Extra Cover limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

US Customs allows 4 months (90 business days) to process inbound items and contact the addressee. During this timeframe, Australia Post is unable to intervene.
