REGULAR THERMAL SECOND LAYER
Specially developed combination of merino, polypropylene, and cotton in the sleeves protects you against cold and hot conditions. It is still breathable so that moisture drawn away from the skin by the first Active layer evaporates through it. It ensures an ideal and stable thermal regulation of the pilot´s hands. The location of the zipper on the turtleneck enables unrestricted movement of your neck.

Fly2Base Paragliding FlySkin Regular Second Layer. Specially developed combination of merino, polypropylene, and cotton in the sleeves protects you against cold and hot conditions.

Nick Neynens X-Alps 2019

The sleeve including the shoulder consists of the composition of three materials: MERINO extra fine, polypropylene, and cotton. We have developed Flyskin 250, an original fabric that is resistant to increased demands and has extreme absorption. It can dry up within several minutes directly on your body, without influencing your body comfort.

FLYSKIN SYSTEM
The Flyskin system consists of the ACTIVE and REGULAR layers. The ACTIVE layer lies adjacent to the skin, warms it up and draw sweat away. The second REGULAR layer forms the outer barrier and uses a breathable material that protects against climatic conditions. Both parts ideally complement each other and in combination with the well-considered design and other elements, they form a comprehensive, functional and original system for the paragliding pilots and outdoor enthusiasts.

Our pilots have been continuously testing the FlySkin products in real conditions around the world. FlySkin passed the demanding tests of Hike & Fly and contributed to breaking the Himalayan record of the free-distance flight in Nepal. FlySkin enables better athletic performance and higher resistance of the pilot in demanding weather conditions than any other products on the current market.

REGULAR SECOND LAYER - ZIP ON THE TURTLENECK
The location of the zipper on the turtleneck enables unrestricted movement of your neck. We have developed Flyskin 250, an original fabric that is resistant to increased demands and has extreme absorption. It can dry up within several minutes directly on your body, without influencing your body comfort. We have located the zipper so that you do not scratch the chin when rotating your head. It can be unzipped enough to enable efficient ventilation of your body while awaiting the start in hot conditions. The zipper begins at the middle of the chest and closes behind the left ear. When you zip it, it forms an increased turtleneck protecting the whole neck.

REGULAR SECOND LAYER - SLEEVE
The sleeve including the shoulder consists of the composition of three materials: 1st material: outer position (back side) consists of merino for efficient thermal insulation; at the same time, it helps with distribution of moisture to surface layers, 2nd material: middle position (core of the sleeve) consists of polypropylene, which absorbs body moisture from the first layer. 3rd material: outer position (face side) cotton, it draws moisture from lower layers and thanks to the created microclimate, it gradually evaporates it. We recommend using tight-fitting quality functional jackets with membrane or softshell. They can actively export wet vapours so that moisture cannot condensate inside the clothing. At the same time, it does not let in flying air to the body of the pilot, whereby it protects them against getting cold. In this combination, you will achieve a surprising improvement of the thermal comfort of your hands.

REGULAR SECOND LAYER - TAILORED SLEEVE
The tailored sleeve is based on the raglan type, which is adapted to flying with raised arms. Flat seams ensure high resistance and strength of individual parts. In this combination, you will achieve a surprising improvement of thermal comfort of hands.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please, pay increased attention to information on washing symbols. Avoid fabric softeners and softening or bleaching preparations. They change the surface tension of fibres that lose the ability to draw away moisture. You can restore this property by repeated washing in detergents designed for functional thermal underwear. Use detergents for colour underwear. The products include merino. Avoid rapid changes in washing and rinsing temperatures. It could result in irrecoverable damage, which is demFlySkin Care Labelonstrated by a change in the shape and structure of merino. Do not iron the materials – products from polypropylene do not tolerate temperatures of ironing. After use, always let the thermal underwear air freely. It will eliminate moisture and the possible odour by itself.
