Your glider. Our Promise. We do everything to ensure that you are fully enjoying your new PHI paraglider. In the annoying case of unintentional damage, your wing is comprehensively protected with PHI promise within the first year: We will replace lines and panels as necessary and trim your glider for full function after repair. In case of irreparable damage, the current value of your wing will be deducted to a new wing, according to prior agreement. Because quality and customer care are our main priority.



4 Years Warranty. If your NOVA Trim Tuning and a NOVA Full Service was completed by an authorised NOVA partner, 4 Years On Materials comes into effect and this extends the guarantee to four years*. If we are unable to repair the problem, we will deduct the current value when purchasing of a new NOVA paraglider.
NOVA Protect is a fully comprehensive protection package for your paraglider. One year after purchase of a new glider and after registering your wing (within 14 days of buying) with my NOVA, your wing is covered once for accidental damage. We will repair tears, replace lines or panels (EUR 50.- + shipping and VAT deductible).


The BGD takes the greatest care in design and production of its products and proudly offers 2 years or 200 hours/ flights warranty, from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.


Free First Line Trim Tuning Service
All PHI gliders come with a free first-line trim tuning service. All NOVA gliders and BGD gliders purchased through Fly2Base come with a free first-line trim tuning service. Free first line trim tuning service must be booked online within 12 months from the date of purchase. We suggest booking the free service within the first 6 months after purchasing your paraglider. Service is free of charge, the cost of return postage is $30 Australia wide. Here is more information about why the first line trim tuning service is so important.


FEEDBACK - PHI 12 months Accidental Damage Protection repairs

My Maestro looks fantastic! Phi replaced 12 lower and 7 upper panels!!! Most of them were tiny 2 cm punctures. I was afraid they'd just patch them. They even replaced the two upper panels where the wedgie tagged me at Manilla. I had put patches on those holes and didn't think they'd bother with them but they went all out and I have pretty much a new wing. The factory did the repair to original specs so I can't even tell where the repairs were done. The only way to tell is because the white panels are a brighter white than the older panels.
