Please plan ahead when booking a service for your paraglider. Our Service Centre is booked six months in advance, so we recommend reserving your spot early. Once we receive your paraglider, the typical turnaround time for service is two weeks.

The Service Centre is closed during the school holidays in December and January, further limiting availability.

WHEN TO CHOOSE LINE TRIM TUNING

The Line Trim Tuning service resets the line length to the factory setting within the first 20 hours of flying. This service is also suitable for paragliders under two years old or paragliders requiring more frequent trimming outside of the full-service interval.

WHEN TO CHOOSE FULL SERVICE

Full Service is imperative once your paraglider reaches the two-year mark. Paragliding manufacturers mandate a Full Service every two years or after 150-200 hours of flight. This service interval keeps your equipment in peak condition and provides a safe, enjoyable paragliding experience.
